This Agreement is between the undersigned (Business Owner), and Crystel Clear Business Strategies, LLC

Crystel Clear Business Strategies agrees to provide the following services based on the terms and conditions set herein.

Crystel Clear Business Mastery Leadership Coaching: (One-hour one on one bi-weekly coaching sessions to include the following as prioritized per week.)

General Terms and Conditions:

The Client and/or Business Entity herein referred to as “you”.

The services provided to you are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of the services provided. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless Crystel Smith Business Strategies, LLC and its’ representatives against any loss, expenses, costs related to or resulting from your activities related to coaching, consulting or implementation.

All materials provided to you are confidential and may only be utilized, disclosed, and / or duplicated within your own company.

If you need to reschedule your coaching session you agree to provide a twenty-four-hour notice to your coach. Your coaching sessions will be rescheduled based on availability of your coach’s schedule.

You may agree to terminate this agreement at any time after 180 days of acceptance with a 7-day notice submitted in writing.

Your program provides three to four meetings per month with your coach or Leadership Development Specialist. The additional six weeks will allow for the opportunity for you and your coach to engage in other activities such as additional education and vacation.

Crystel Clear Business Strategies is closed on the following holidays. If your coaching session falls on one of these holidays the session will not be held.

New Year's Day - January 1st

Martin Luther King Jr. Day - Third Monday in January

Presidents Day - Third Monday in February

Memorial Day - Last Monday in May

Independence Day - July 4th

Labor Day - First Monday in September

Veterans Day - November 11th (Or recognized holiday date)

Thanksgiving Day - Fourth Thursday in November

Last two week of the year including Christmas Day - December 25th

This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia.

This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Crystel Clear Business Strategies, LLC; all prior agreements promises, or representations being merged herein.

A one -time initial investment of $1,100.00 at time of signed agreement via ACH draft or Debit / Credit card. Then monthly investment shall be made by ACH / Credit Card draft h in the amount of $1,100.00 and continuing until such time that a seven-day written notice is given (after 6-month minimum) to terminate this agreement.
